Features and equipment of the mailbox
The F-046 narrow through-wall mailbox in anthracite or deep black is perfect for installation in walls or pillars with limited width. Compared to the F-04, the front plate and box are 4 cm narrower. This model impresses with robust, durable material, a simple stainless steel front plate, a large capacity thanks to the angled shape, and a large retrieval door. Ideal for single or two-family households.
Flexible installation and adjustment
The F-046 is delivered in three parts: front plate, box with retrieval door, and insert. The insert is mounted to the front plate, then the box and insert are slid into each other. The depth can be adjusted steplessly and fixed with the included aluminum tape. The mailbox can be extended from 19 to 27 cm, changing the volume from 16.3 to 21.5 liters.
Versatile front plate options
Choose from four types of front plates: without nameplate, with nameplate, with nameplate and bell, or with two nameplates and two bells. Even if you only need one bell button, the second button can be useful as a light switch or door opener.
Durable and corrosion-resistant
The F-046 is made of powder-coated and galvanized steel sheet, while the visible elements such as the front plate and retrieval door are made of aluminum. This makes the mailbox particularly durable and corrosion-resistant.
Optimal use and comfort
This through-wall mailbox is ideal for mail carriers, as the mail can be inserted from the street side without the carrier having to enter your property. Retrieval is conveniently done from the inside of the wall through the large retrieval door.
Silent mail insertion
The dampened insertion flap with rubber lip prevents annoying noises when inserting mail.
Secure removal protection
The integrated removal protection and the special shape of the mailbox protect your mail from unauthorized removal.
Individually adjustable
The hinges are interchangeable, allowing the opening direction of the retrieval door to be adjusted to your local conditions.
Vandalism-proof bell buttons
The flush-mounted stainless steel bell buttons offer no surface for damage and are therefore vandalism-proof.
DIN standard
Please note that due to the narrower width of the F-046, the requirements of the DIN 13724 mailbox standard cannot be fully met. Large C4 envelopes must be slightly bent to be inserted.
