Features and equipment of the letterbox

With our D-241 XXL pass-through letterbox with speech screen and bell in RAL, you get enough space and functionality that you can enjoy for many years to come. The D-241 box is completely recessed into the wall. Only the removal door and the front panel with the intercom field are visible. Your wall is visually rounded off by this classic large-capacity wall pass-through letterbox.

The depth of the D-241XXL pass-through letterbox with speech screen and bell in RAL can be variably adjusted according to your wishes. This makes the straight letterbox suitable for walls from 23 to 38 cm. Depending on the depth set, the volume naturally also varies between 15.2 and 25.1 litres. Behind the intercom panel is an empty box for the electronics of your intercom system. Any commercially available intercom system fits in it. The security screws on the front panel allow you to easily remove it and install or maintain your electronics. The matching special bit is included in the delivery. Please note that the XXL pass-through letterbox D-241 with speech screen and bell does not include the electronics of the intercom system. Thanks to the rubberised insertion flap, you will not hear any disturbing noises when inserting your mail into the D-241 pass-through letterbox. A removal protection is installed at the mail slot. This prevents your mail from being fished out of the box. The variable door hinges on the removal door allow you to determine in which direction the door should open. These can be easily released and fixed to the other side. The bell push button is vandalism-proof. The nameplates are illuminated.

DIN standard

The box and the slot are DIN 13724 compliant. This means that large C4 envelopes can be inserted into the pass-through letterbox without damage.

Alternative products

The little brother of the D-241 XXL pass-through letterbox with speaking screen in RAL is the D-041. This has the same adjustable depth but is only half as high as the XXL pass-through letterbox. The D-041 is available in RAL 7016 and stainless steel.
